Meet The Staff
Angie Luna
President & Owner
Angie is the founder and owner of City Houses, Inc since 2002. Angie is not in recovery, but she does have 25 years of experience in dealing with addiction and addictive behaviors. Angie is also a founding member and President of the NE FL Sober Living Alliance, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization comprised of sober living homes throughout NE Florida who empower, encourage and equip sober living homes with resources to improve community relationships and increase visibility of this very important role in addiction recovery.
Mia Williams
Vice President of Operations
Mia has been an integral part of the City Houses team since 2017, serving as the Vice President of Operations. Her personal experience with addiction and her journey to recovery, which started in February 2016, has provided invaluable insight into the recovery field. Mia's leadership and dedication have been instrumental in helping our residents on their path to sobriety.
Dow Lusk
House Manager - Pearl St
Dow, our House Manager at the Pearl St location, brings discipline and a strong sense of duty to our team. He has been in recovery since June 2020 and proudly served as a U.S. Marine for a decade. Dow's military background has instilled a sense of responsibility and order that benefits our residents as they work towards sobriety.
Angela Bradley
Assistant House Manager - Kernan
Angela is a dedicated and compassionate member of our team, serving as the Assistant House Manager at our Kernan location. Her personal journey towards recovery began in August 2022, and since then, she has been a beacon of hope for our residents. With a background in real estate spanning 37 years, Angela brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our community.
Byron Rummer
Assistant to the Manager - Pearl St
Byron is our Assistant to the Manager at the Pearl St location. His personal journey to sobriety, which began in March 2023, has already made a significant impact on our community. With experience in warehouse management, Byron's organizational skills and dedication contribute to the smooth operation of our facility.
Jason Phillips
House Cook
Jason, our House Cook, brings the joy of delicious, nutritious meals to City Houses. With an extensive cooking background, he knows the power of good food in nurturing the body and soul. Jason began his journey to sobriety in March 2022 and continues to inspire residents with his culinary talents and positivity.
Mark Rymer
Men’s House Manager - Hubbard St
With over two decades of experience running my own landscaping business, I bring a wealth of loyalty and dependability to City Houses as the Men’s House Manager at our Hubbard St location. Since achieving sobriety on March 4th, 2022, I've embraced a supportive and approachable demeanor, fostering a positive environment for our residents to thrive in their recovery journey.
Michael Westberry
Assistant House Manager - Hubbard St
As the Assistant House Manager at Hubbard St, I draw upon my management background from Dollar General and entrepreneurship in the vape industry to support our residents effectively. Since attaining sobriety on March 23, 2023, I've been dedicated to assisting others in their recovery, ensuring a welcoming and empowering atmosphere within our community.
